I am not going to take complete credit for this article getting written but I will be honest with everyone, as a part of my effort to drum up some press for the Dukes I emailed a number of members of the Pittsburgh sports media yesterday and one of the people I emailed just wrote this article. It could be a coincidence, but I guess we will never know.

I wouldn't say it's a coincidence. I think emails like yours serve as a checks system for them to make sure they are covering the things that matter to people. When you have a blog - people tend to pay attention.
